What it is: Casual, on demand consulting support for strategic decisions related to systems/software stack, technology onboarding, and process improvements.
When it’s useful: You are already working on a project, or generally just maintenance of your tech stack, and need external validation and support.
How it works: We’d join you in regular/weekly calls or on demand with the team to offer guidance, answer specific doubts, and help make strategic decisions.
Rate: Starting at USD 190.00/Hour

What it is: Hands-on project management to deliver a pre-defined goal.
When it’s useful: You already have a project in mind, and ready to get started, and need help managing it.
How it works: We jointly define a project scope, with deliverable milestones and ‘acceptance criteria’ through specific milestones and calculate the rate for it.
Rate: Quoted per project, starting at USD 130.00/Hour.

What it is: This is like traditional employment but on a part-time, contractual basis.
When it’s useful: You need assistance in Portfolio management in technology or operations but don’t have a need for someone full time.
How it works: We’ll work together to assess and set priorities, and I’ll manage resulting projects (and assigned resources to it) from there. Choose your number of monthly hours and define custom deliverables.
Rate: Quoted per agreement, starting at USD 500.00/Month.
