MovingTech.ai was born out of necessity in a rapidly evolving digital landscape where technology continues to grow in complexity and specialization. In the moving and storage industry in particular, this complexity demands a more sophisticated approach to IT systems, moving away from traditional, monolithic end-to-end systems to embrace a modular, API-connected architecture. This shift allows companies to achieve greater efficiency, scalability, and flexibility, which are crucial in today’s competitive environment. As a pioneering consultancy firm with over two decades of industry expertise, MovingTech.ai specializes in implementing ERP and CRM software projects and streamlining operations processes for moving companies, particularly those offering international services.
My mission is to empower moving businesses globally, enabling them to harness the transformative power of technology to thrive in an increasingly complex digital world. I want to help movers and storers leverage the power of technology to streamline their operations, optimize their resources, and enhance their customer experience. I do this with a minimalistic "simpler is better" approach, and a deep focus in the human element needed in the service industry.
The Who
Hi there, my name is Ramiro Quiros.
I specialize in process engineering and technology implementation for businesses in the moving and storage industry. With over 20 years of experience in this space, I have developed a unique skill set, combining a deep operational understanding of moving companies coupled with hands on knowledge of moving technology.
My experience can be split in two. For the first 10 years in the industry, I succeeded in various roles for moving companies, from move coordination and sales, to operations and financials. I worked with all kinds of moves (Commercial, International, Local, Military, Relocation, Van Lines, etc.). In the second half of my career, I shifted my focus to technology and worked with all sizes and types of businesses around the world to analyze and revamp their processes for maximum efficiency.
I'm not the kind of consultant who simply provides advice and leaves you to implement it on your own. I believe in taking a hands-on approach to every project, working closely with my clients to ensure that we achieve real, tangible results. I'm committed to delivering outcomes that make a measurable impact on your bottom line.
