With more than 20 years of experience rooted in the moving and mobility industry, we work with businesses that manage field teams, customer operations, and resource planning. From ERP and CRM implementation to process optimization, our goal is to help companies operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and grow without unnecessary complexity.
The Who
Hi, I’m Ramiro Quiros, founder of MovingTech.ai.
I specialize in process engineering and technology implementation for service-based businesses. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve developed a strong operational foundation combined with hands-on expertise in scheduling, planning, resource management, job workflows, and the systems that support them.
As AI adoption accelerates, I’ve also developed tailored training and seminars to help businesses understand and apply these tools in practical, operational contexts.
My experience is split across two phases. In the first 10 years, I worked within moving companies across a range of roles including coordination, sales, operations, and financials, supporting all types of moves (commercial, international, local, military, relocation, van lines). In the second half of my career, I shifted into technology, working with companies of different sizes and across regions to analyze, redesign, and improve their processes.
I take a hands-on approach to every engagement. The focus is not just on defining strategy, but on working alongside clients to implement it effectively and achieve measurable improvements in performance.
